About YouSuperIntendIT
YouSuperIntendIT is a family-owned platform based in Vacaville, CA. We connect homeowners, licensed contractors, and skilled tradespeople to help facilitate home improvement projects. Our platform provides AI-powered bid analysis, contractor matching, project messaging, and related tools.
What we do and do not do
We provide AI-powered bid analysis and construction guidance to help homeowners make more informed decisions. Our reports are based on real construction knowledge and local market context. They are not a substitute for licensed professional advice.
We are not a contractor, we do not manage your project, and we do not guarantee the work of any contractor found through our platform. We help you ask better questions, spot red flags, and understand what you are signing before you sign it.
User types
Our platform serves Homeowners, Licensed Contractors, and Skilled Tradespeople. Each user is responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
Contractor tiers include Licensed Contractor (CSLB or state-verified) and Skilled Tradesperson (experienced, for non-permit work).
Payments and subscriptions
Homeowner plans: Single report ($14.99), 3-pack ($34.99), and the 30-Day Unlimited Pass ($39.99 one-time, no auto-renew), which gives unlimited bid reviews and AskTim for 30 days.
Contractor membership: Pro $49/month. ProPlus $99/month.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Contractor memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your Settings page. Homeowner plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Account cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation any active subscription will be terminated, your data will be deleted, and you will be signed out. We may ask for a brief optional reason for leaving to help us improve.
Urgent Request feature
The Urgent Request feature connects homeowners with contractors in their service area for time-sensitive projects. YouSuperIntendIT does not guarantee response times or contractor availability. Standard platform terms apply to all Urgent Request interactions.
Messaging
Two-way messaging between homeowners and contractors is provided for project communication only. YouSuperIntendIT is not responsible for agreements made outside the platform.
We are not responsible for project outcomes
YouSuperIntendIT is not a contractor and does not supervise, manage, or guarantee any work performed by contractors or tradespeople found through our platform. We are not responsible for project outcomes, contractor performance, or disputes between users.
Refund policy
We want you to feel confident using YouSuperIntendIT. Here is exactly how refunds work.
AI-generated reports
- Full refund if the report fails to generate. If you pay for a report and our system fails to produce one, you will receive a full refund automatically.
- Courtesy refund within 7 days if unsatisfied. If you receive a report but feel it did not meet your expectations, email us at refund@yousuperintendit.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund as a one-time courtesy.
- No refunds after 7 days. Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase will not be honored.
Contractor memberships
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee.
- Access continues until the end of the billing period. After canceling, your account stays active until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
- No partial-month refunds. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
All refund requests must be submitted by email to refund@yousuperintendit.com. Please include your account email, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your request. We process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouSuperIntendIT's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or property damage, even if we were warned they might occur.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
