We're a family-owned business and we keep things straightforward. Flat pricing, no commissions from contractors, no selling your information to lead-buyers. Charging a small fee for bid reports is what lets us stay independent and keep our reports honest.
Will I be auto-charged or auto-renewed? +
No. Every homeowner plan is a one-time purchase, including the 30-Day Pass, which does not auto-renew. You are only charged when you choose to buy, with no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
Do you take commissions from contractors? +
No. Never have, never will. That's the whole point.
What's included in a report? +
A Bid Quality Score, line-by-line breakdown, comparison to fair market pricing, scope-gap analysis, and red-flag callouts. Delivered as a PDF and viewable in your dashboard.
Do I need a report if I only have one bid? +
